Our Wedding Process
Consultation:
The process of working with Plantscaping & Blooms for your wedding always begins with a personal consultation. We want to hear everything you’re thinking, talk through your inspiration, and answer all your questions.
Showroom visits and designs:
We then move to our showroom visits, where we can walk you through options and discuss the details of how to execute the perfect design for your wedding. You are more than welcome to bring your wedding planner or anyone involved in executing your event to our showroom.
Setup and takedown:
When your wedding approaches, our professional team works to load in any built elements and set up your venue with all of the design touches and florals you have chosen. When your event concludes, our reliable team breaks down and removes things in a timely manner.

FAQ
Do you provide event planning or wedding services?
No. We are an event outfitting partner and provide floral designs, but we are not able to plan and run your event. We are, however, happy to work with your team and love to collaborate with event and wedding planners.
I’ve hired a wedding planner and also am using some venue-provided services. Can you work with them, and will this affect your service offerings?
Many of our clients use wedding planners and we’re more than happy to work with the team you’ve assembled for your wedding. And we will always work with your venue to create a stunning event.
I’m interested in seeing some of your work and talking through options and pricing. How can I schedule an appointment or consultation?

I know exactly what I want my wedding to look like, and have a theme planned with specific floral requirements which are not standard “wedding” florals and linens. Can you help?
Absolutely. We would love to hear about your vision for your wedding and make it a reality. We are the most capable floral provider in the wedding space because we specialize both in florals and in plantscaping and plant design. We regularly work with a wide variety of plants and green elements, and we’re excited to take on your ideas and create a wedding that is unique to you.
I’m feeling overwhelmed about florals and décor options. I have a ton of inspiration but need help creating a vision. How much design work does your team do?
We completely understand. Our events team are seasoned experts with excellent design sense who can listen to your ideas and inspiration, and then bring you a floral vision for your event. You don’t need to know exactly what you want to schedule a consultation or come to our showroom, and we would love to talk you through different options.
My wedding is going to be very small, is there a minimum for engaging your wedding services?
We don’t have a minimum and are always happy to consult with engaged couples who want to go over florals and event options.
If you are planning a very intimate event that may only need one or two arrangements, you may also be interested in our flower delivery service which provides beautiful options for individual purchase.
My wedding is going to be very large, are you able to supply florals across multiple days and venues?
Yes, our events team is ready to make your large wedding special. From transforming rehearsal dinners to making separate wedding and reception venues (and more) feel magical, we can help make your event come to life.
